What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am setting up Email sender domain authentication for SendGrid. I have entered all the details for DNS entries related to SendGrid. But the domain propagation is not happening. The example is CNAME record pc7._domainkey.pecaa.com to pc7.domainkey.u9645870.wl121.sendgrid.net.

Both _dmarc and _domainkey are delegated to ns.vali.email…

You either need to create the records in that nameserver, or remove the NS records for _dmarc and _domainkey from your Cloudflare DNS if you want to use records set in the Cloudflare DNS.
