Send In Blue Dedicated IP Issues

I am using Send In Blue to send my email. We have a dedicated IP address with them with a subdomain. We have followed all of their instructions and created the DNS entries but they are not seeing them on their end and we are unable to send out marketing campaigns because of it. Really need help with this, please.

They likely expect all of the records to be unproxied :grey: in the DNS control panel, if they are currently :orange:, edit them to be DNS only.
