What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m trying to get a new site audit, but it keeps failing to crawl. I have attached an image of the exact message I’m getting.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Initially I thought because I had just recently switched to Cloudflare, maybe it was failing due to the domain still propagating. But now the site is back up and running, fully functional, yet still the same issue.

Did you disable encryption on Cloudflare? What’s your encryption mode? That always needs to be Full Strict, otherwise there is no encryption and the reason for this error.

nevermind, found it. It was on flexible.

Yeah, that disabled it. Make sure it is Full Strict.

alright, I’ve changed it. Do i need to wait a couple minutes before trying to crawl or can i go for it right now?

The setting will work immediately on Cloudflare, if their crawler works immediately as well is something you need to clarify with them.
