Self-Hosted Application with subdomain not working in Cloudflare Zero Trust

I have added self-hosted application ie. subdomain .domain .com in the application section to add SSO in front of the application

but SSO not showing in front of subdomain .domain. com Application

I added another domain. com in the self-hosted application and it working fine with it

Are you getting the same thing happen in an incognito browser?

Yes, I tried on incognito as well, but still no luck!
