Those 1.3 seconds for DNS lookup make me believe that this may be an internet issue on your side.
Cloudflare is not the one who handles the DNS Lookup part (Unless you’re using 1.1.1.1 as DNS on your PC)
Also, the info from your screenshot tells me that your request got processed by Cloudflare’s servers in São Paulo, not China. Cloudflare uses the same set of ips worldwide across all of their servers, not one specific location, so I would not rely on the results you got from doing a geo lookup on one ip.
I recommend overriding/changing the DNS servers used on your computer and then giving it a try again. Cloudflare has a couple of guides here on how to switch to the free DNS server that they host: https://one.one.one.one/
First open .html file with Wordpress output content save in .html. ( My chrome Anonymous, i open the another page first, before the open test .html test. Its affected lookup NS to down time. But is not working when someone open the site by the first time )
Second time, time section. Lookup is HIGH, with 1.1.1.1 in my PC DNS. Wait to server response iS HIGH. Is only .html file. Servered by my host or Cloudflare? Why is so High Server REsponse and NS Lookup. I cant understand. Same sites one year last is 200ms total time load. Same webpage.
