Website keeps showing outages but our server is not down - it must be at cloudflares end?
What was happening when you say the site was down? Were users getting an error message (if so, what error) or something else?

No error message was showing, the site simply wouldn’t load, and when tested on is your site up or down, it came back saying it was down with a 502 message. There are no server error logs showing at our end. However, Cloudfare should be showing a cached version and it doesn’t appear to be doing so, which defeats the object of have a CDN if it is not working?
Which tool / app are you using to track this? Is it “ping” or some kind of service like HTTP(S)? 
May I ask what kind of steps for troubleshooting you’ve already done from the article below?:
