Domain lost due to Cloudflare delaying its release and complete lack of any type of response. The delayed release prevented me from renewing it on time. Despite opening multiple support tickets, I received no responses, and the domain was sniped by another party after it was finally released.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have opened multiple support tickets with Cloudflare (tickets #01344594 and #01381702) to address the issue, but none have received a resolution or timely response. I’ve attempted to reach Cloudflare support through different channels, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can assist me. I am now seeking help from the community to understand how I can resolve this issue and potentially recover my domain

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Let the domain expire and then try to wait out the period of time for the Domain to be released for public re-registration.
