Created a DMARC record with the email security tool and ran the scan again, I still receive an error

Well, that depends on what “issue” the scanner is complaining about, which you didn’t tell us :thinking:

Your DMARC policy is set to none. Consider changing this to reject to instruct receiving mail servers to reject messages purported to be coming from your domain that don’t pass DMARC verification.
