Ok, so I recently invited someone to my Cloudflare account, and (as a precautionary measure) I started a security insight scan! I started that scan over 30 minutes ago and it is STILL running! I’ve already restarted my device, so what should I do now?
Wait. That’s pretty much the only option you have. My guess is that it’s taking long because they probably have a scanning queue that’s based on the plans you use, so if you’re only on the free plan you probably won’t see results very quickly.
And the feature is also quite new, so I’m sure they’re still tweaking it and are working on making it faster behind the scenes.
I just checked the scan that ran this morning for my account and it took about two hours. It is not really an interactive scan, so I would not expect immediate results.
