Security Dashboard (new) UI issue for WAF managed ruleset

What is the issue you’re encountering

(Free Plan) There seems to be a bug in “Web application exploits” under Security. I am able to create an Exception rule for Managed Rulesets, but there is no UI to enable/disable or delete this exception.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. URI to access Hyperlink “Create exception rule”: [domain]/security/detections/web-application-exploits

  2. URI after clicking “Create exception rule”: [domain]/security/security-rules/managed-rules/create-exception

  3. No way to enable/disable or delete the exception rule, if it was created.

  4. Rule is shown to be created (modified) under “Overview”, but no delete button is available.

In the latest update on 1 Jul 2025, it is now impossible to be linked to the page I happen to found above, to create an exception for Managed rulesets, on Free plans.

I have also deleted the ruleset using API.
