Security Center indicates Free Zone is not using Managed Rules

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Don’t see anywhere to enable and documentation indicates it is enabled by default. My other free domain does not have a flag from security center on this.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full (strict)

On Free plan, you do not have Cloudflare Managed Ruleset. You only have Free Managed Ruleset.

To use Cloudflare Managed Ruleset, you must upgrade to Paid Plan.

Right but as the doc says “ For all new FREE zones, the ruleset will be automatically deployed” so why would the security checks they produce tell me I need to deploy them? That’s my real question…
