search bots rule allowance doesnt work

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

hi there… I set a rule on waf to block entire us and then a rule that allowed search bots from us (google/bing) to enter my site… but it doesnt work :frowning: I mean the us block works but the search bot rules doesn’t. the crawlers can’t reach my site:(

what do i do wrong?

You need OR between each term instead of AND.

You may find the Known Bots field intead, or included, useful since many bots will fake the User Agent which will bypass your rules.
