You first need to change your domain’s nameservers to those provided to you by Cloudflare, which you can find in the control panel.

There you have to update the dns zone. You can then update the domain here in the Schlundtech account.
That is incorrect, your nameservers do point to them. You would need to change them with your registrar before you can make any changes on Cloudflare.
