Hello sandro the app name is javess group limited here is the screenshoot of the google page it s now deleted and it says the app was made on Cloudflare, it scammed me and a lot of others for a decent amount of money

That seems to be a service of the ievar.com domain. You can submit a complaint at abuse.cloudflare.com, but the best course of action will be to seek legal assistance and to file a report with your local law enforcement.
