My vps host ip is cloaked by Cloudflare but the problem is. my real host ip is still visible on scamadviser.com under Server Tab everything else is cloaked by whoisguard its just that part where it shows my real vps host ip. help me what to do.

That looks to be using historical data. In the case of several websites of mine, very old and outdated historical data. For a website that’s a new domain never before hosted anywhere, scamadvisor comes with pretty much no information.
The only way to fix this is to change your server’s IP address.
