São Paulo CDN being served in London?

A few days ago I have noticed a performance drop in the TTFB in São Paulo (Brazil) which is normally close to 20ms, where my website has 99% of visitors and today when I check the speedvitals website, I see the information that the CDN is being served in London. Is there any information about this? I didn’t find anything.
