Saml Error After changing Name servers

When attempting to login to a SSO, whose parent domain is on cloudflare. I get The error: "Destination in response doesn’t match the current URL. Destination is: “https://{child_domain}.{parent_domain}.org/api/v1/authentication/login_saml_callback” current URL is “https://www.{parent_domain}.org”. The application being used is OKTA to auth to Sisense

Can you share the name of the domain & is that your site?

Should add we had to disable cloudflare and go back to default name servers, because this affected one of our major services. the Domain is highvaluehealthcare.org

Thank you, understood, sorry for the issues. It’s difficult to say what the issue was, although I do recall another sso issue reported around the same time as your post, there may have been a temporary glitch.

If you change the nameservers back and encounter the issue again, please loop in Support for them to investigate.
