I’m sorry to hear you are having difficulty. Cloudflare provides DDoS and security protections for their customers. In this case it appears that the website http://beta.openai.com/ is not available for some reason. That may be because the host has shut down the website (beta) or because they are having problems with their server or service.
Unfortunately Cloudflare does not manage customer infrastructure so it’s availability is outside it’s control.
