"Safari can't open page" error message

ssl

I’ve searched the community and the web for a solution for this with no luck.

I have two sites with Cloudflare SSL on two different servers. https://trustyandcompany.com and https://www.tomtrusty.com. Both sites display properly on Chrome and Firefox (complete with green padlocks), but not on Safari. It displays the error message…

Safari can’t open the page “https://trustyandcompany.com” because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server “trustyandcompany.com

… instead of displaying the sites. I’ve tried change the security levels and the SSL settings with no changes to the situation.

I’m hoping someone has had a similar experience, or maybe an idea as to what might be the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Tom

You’ve set the minimum TLS version to 1.3. Safari doesn’t support that.

Thanks sdayman that did it!

I set the TLS to default and left the TLS 1.3 settings enabled and both site are displaying as they should on Safari now.

I never use Safari and know very little about it. I’m very grateful for your incredibly quick response.

Thanks again for your help, Tom
