Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server

Hello guys.
Whenever i try to access https://u_prodroro.outlookgateway.com i get an error saying that “Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server”. It works fine on every other browser, except Safari. Can you please check my settings or tell me what can i do to have it working? I know similar questions have been asked before, but i tried everything with no luck.
Thanks.
Dan

I can confirm this issue. I don’t see anything wrong with the settings. It allows for TLS 1.1/1.2/1.3 and Qualys says it’s Safari-Compatible. In Firefox, it confirms the Cloudflare certificate.

It works from command line as well:

I suggest you open a ticket:

I already opened a ticket, but I knew that the community route is faster. Thanks for your answer. Firefox and Chrome both work without a problem. The stupid think is that Safari fails without throwing an error which makes it hard to debug.

You didn’t mention that. Can you post the ticket number here?

Turns out that it’s not working only on the latest versions of Safari 14.* both MacOS or iOS. On previous ones, it works fine.

It looks like Safari does not even make the request. (Safari 14.0.2 and TP Release 117 on Big Sur 20C69).

Underscores (_) are not valid in DNS names. I made a name on one of my own domains with an _ in the name, and get the same result. Is there a particular reason for the _?

You’re right. The issue was the underscore. Thank you very much!
