I use free plan and Proxy+SSL for my website.
Someone with the same proxy violated the law and my site not available now due to blocking IP address by goverment.
Can I change proxy IP for my site?
Strange, but IP proxy(104.31.83.216) blocked 16.04.2018 by http://398-fz.rkn.gov.ru/
I am sure this is not an isolated case and many have such a problem in Russia.
What are the solutions?
It is a common issue but there is not much Cloudflare can do.
What you could try is top add the domain to another Cloudflare account and hope to get a new IP address and that that one will stay unblocked. No guarantee though.
That’s the reason for “my headache” - 104.28.3.105 is also blocked in Russia.
There is no any solutions, just create new account.
