Rule setting missing

i have set the rule to block/allow a certain countries. , i can not reach to the setting page to review the setting to manage my block and unblock.

i have previously set the rule to block/unblock a certain countries to access my website
but i can not see the rule setting in rule’s dashboard to edit the rule.

does anyone facing this issue?

Did you make an IP access rule or a WAF rule?
IP access rule would be here and WAF rule would be here
