RSS now permanently cached

I was alerted today by a user that the feed of my Wordpress site has not updated since September 24, a good month ago. We publish about an article a day, so this is relevant.

Not clear why this suddenly is the case, I figured I just add a page rule that prevents the feed from being cached, with “Cache level: Bypass”. The page rule is for an exact match of the feed, but appears to do nothing.
Requesting the feed still only shows the latest article dating back to September 24.

When busting the cache (with a meaningless query string parameter), I do get to see the latest version of the feed.

How to get this to work as expected?

There could be some other Page Rule that’s overriding this. Can you post a screenshot of the Page Rule(s) you have?
