Routing question colos

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I would like to know the reasons why users of my site is sent to cloudflare servers that are very far away from my target server and from them, often it’s not even a neighboring country but for example America, when a user from Germany, when my server in Poland, his /cdn-cgi/trace looked like this: loc=DE colo=EWR, when testing the same user with the same config of another site under cloudflare he received correct: loc=DE colo=DUS. Even for me the same problem works, although less critical, if in the morning when checking /cdn-cgi/trace colo was KBP, I am from Ukraine, later colo was already VIE and WAW. I am on a free plan, initially I thought that the problem is in my wrong settings, I thought that the problem may be that I did not configure ipv6 support when my users had ipv6, but as I realized it probably has nothing to do with it. My question is how to solve this problem, I can only find scraps of information on this topic, I don’t fully understand the problem is either my settings or the paid subscription, I would appreciate the help.

This Tutorial is slightly out of date. But, it links to a full explanation and is a really good read, Deprecated - Peering - Why don't I reach the closest datacenter to me?.
