Just posting it because why not.
My ISP don’t care about it, and beeline or whoever is owner of 79.104.225.15 is probably okay with loops in their networks, because it’s been like this for 2 days now.
Whatever, I will just keeping pressing F5 until DNS selects other one IP.

And Cloudflare cannot do anything about it. :frowning:

The problem appears within “PJSC "Vimpelcom"”, which is an ISP from Russia, and can only be solved with them.

It appears that Russia has raised their Internet censorship quite a bit in the past couple of years, and it might be related to that, e.g. being some kind of actions taken in an attempt to be censoring access to other networks (or specific websites) from Russia.

The only option you have, will be to complain to your ISP’s.
