Routing issues with comcast IP Pool on certain cloudflare IP's

all domains resolving to cloudflare IPs 104.21.4.250 and 172.67.132.169

What is the error message?

Request timed out

What is the issue you’re encountering

Websites that resolve to certain cloudflare IP addresses time out when in the comcast IP Pool

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted comcast x 12 reps, previously reported issue on these boards, reddit, xfinity forums, you name it :slight_smile:

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. try to access domains resolving to specific cloudflare through traceroute or https
  2. if you use comcast as an ISP, the website does not load, the traceroute fails, request timed out
  3. if you use any other ISP or VPN, the website loads fine, the traceroute completes.
