Routing issue from Alliance Broadband, India

#1

My users are complaining about not being able to access my sites when connecting from Alliance Broadband (http://alliancebroadband.co.in/) but those same users can connect fine when using hotspot from their mobiles.

I asked for some traceroutes and here are a couple:

traceroute to 104.25.171.117 (104.25.171.117), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets
1 www.routerlogin.com (192.168.192.1) 1.291 ms 0.883 ms 0.857 ms

3 node-203-171-243-1.alliancebroadband.in (203.171.243.1) 5.124 ms * 58.679 ms
4 192.168.199.109 (192.168.199.109) 13.351 ms 5.786 ms 5.270 ms

18 103.29.44.0 (103.29.44.0) 495.221 ms 409.102 ms^C

As you can see, the routing is all wonky and the packet keeps running around in circles.

How to fix this?

This is probably going to require some more detail than we can really provide in this setting. Please email support[at]cloudflare[dot]com with the details and let me know the ticket number.
