Routing based on customer's ip address

Hi all

I move from one cloud environment to another,
And I want to move some of my clients to the new environment and some will stay in the existing environment ,For a period of time.
Can I route my clients to the environment I want according to my clients’ ip address?

Yes, using Cloudflare workers.
