Root domain not working while the subdomain which points to the same IP address is working

We’ve run into an issue while connecting our domain via Cloudflare. Our root domain isn’t working, while the subdomain (www) which points to the exact same IP address is working fine.

We’ve updated A records for the domain as well as subdomain. When we try to load the root domain, it lands on an error screen (PFA).

Can someone please help with this?

That looks like you were using Shopify for the root hostname. Try “Liberate the Hostname” from this tutorial:
