Root Domain forward to CNAME, and CNAME redirects to external address

I’m trying to forward a Root Domain, to a CNAME. The CNAME destination is actually
another service.

Flatten the Domain basically, and forward all of the traffic to an external address.

(Sorry I had to be brief, Cloudflare put so many restrictions on my message since
I’m a new User, it was almost impossible to articulate this more clearly).

For example:

https//website.com would forward to www.website.com, and then www.website.com
forward to an external service, lets say Zendesk. So, all traffic would get forwarded
to something like this.

www.website.com -> 12345.maybeZendesk.com
website.com -> 12345.maybenZendesk.com
