Root CA - The issuer of this certificate could not be found

I want to use CloudFlare’s TLS certificate.
However, the Root CA Chain is not normal.

Here’s what I’ve done:

1.Select Origin CA from Cloudflare dashboard
2. Select SSL/TLS-Origin Server-Create Certificate
3. Cloudflare private key and a Windows Server IIS CSR both methods were carried out.
3.1. Cloudflare private key-Copy RSA2048, p7b, private key
3.2. Windows Server-IIS-Create Certificate Request-RSA SChannel 2048-Export CSR.txt
4. IIS certificate request completed-p7b file added

The certificate does not disappear from IIS, but there is an error in the Root CA Chain.

How can I solve this problem?
I politely ask for help.

The issuer of this certificate could not be found

Cloudflare Origin certificates do not need to be trusted by your OS, as they should only ever be accessed by Cloudflare themselves. They are used to protect the data in transit between your origin and Cloudflare.

If you want the message to disappear, you can import the Origin Root CA certificate into your trusted certificate store. The certs are available in pem format here.
