The thing is, I am afraid those tools find that small JavaScript file as an issues despite it does help and weight pretty enough things in real Web browser for the end visitor.
Except, if it does some conflict with your existing JavaScript code, then we might have to consider excluding tha particular JavaScript file or disable this feature completely at CF dashboard.
