I would like to ask if the Rocketloader option is compatible with other JS Compression plug-in.

The best way to find out is by enabling Rocket Loader and see if anything breaks. I’ve accidentally used Rocket Loader with optimizer plugins and it usually works, though it’s a somewhat redundant, duplicated, and unnecessary effort.
