I have raised a couple of support tickets but till now, I have not received reply from the customer support.
How about working with whoever registered the domain for you to transfer the domain into your own Cloudflare account or to another registrar?
If the domain is registered by someone else in their own Cloudflare account, the likelihood that Cloudflare is going to hand it over to you or to anyone else who comes asking is virtually nil.
That company which registered the domain name is shutdown. So, we don’t have any access login details for domain name control panel.
We have all the domain renewal invoice and other things. We serious need to get this domain name.
