This is one of our clients and she doesn’t remember registering to cloudflare and we don’t have records of clients link to cloudflare as well. We need to move her to another hosting server and would like to be able to update her DNS. We also have a few clients with the same case because our company has changed staff and it’s not in our records. Can you help us recover please.

Sorry, I’m no expert but may I know where do we update the DNS for this account? We need to verify the domain with the new server and point to the new IP.
