Restoring https

Hi there. I am currently building a website which is hosted on tsohost (the domain is hosted on Cloudflare). I have pointed the website using their DNS but I am now unable to restore the https (either from Cloudflare or forcing https on TsoHost). Could anyone assist me in resolving the issue.

Thanks.

What’s the domain?

greenwoodslearningcenter . com

It is obviously together but the chat does not let you insert a link.

Is your IP address is X.X.X.94?

No. Is that relevant to solving my issue?

Yes, it is, as your server won’t be properly configured.

I recommend to pause Cloudflare for starters and contact the host to get the server fixed, so the site loads fine on HTTPS. Once it does, it will also work on Cloudflare.

Ok. I understand. Thank you for the tip.

Ehm, yes, that is your IP address.

You don’t even need to pause it. You can contact your host straight away.

Yes it is. I did not get that you were referring to the DNS record.

Anyhow, the issue right now is that your server is not properly configured and does not have a valid certificate. That’s something your host needs to fix.

That should not take long and all they need to do is deploy a proper certificate. Either a Let’s Encrypt one or you can also provide them with a Cloudflare Origin certificate (Origin CA certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs), though the latter requires proxying.

Once the server is properly configured, it will also work on Cloudflare.
