Hi there. I am currently building a website which is hosted on tsohost (the domain is hosted on Cloudflare). I have pointed the website using their DNS but I am now unable to restore the https (either from Cloudflare or forcing https on TsoHost). Could anyone assist me in resolving the issue.
Yes, it is, as your server won’t be properly configured.
I recommend to pause Cloudflare for starters and contact the host to get the server fixed, so the site loads fine on HTTPS. Once it does, it will also work on Cloudflare.
Anyhow, the issue right now is that your server is not properly configured and does not have a valid certificate. That’s something your host needs to fix.
That should not take long and all they need to do is deploy a proper certificate. Either a Let’s Encrypt one or you can also provide them with a Cloudflare Origin certificate (Origin CA certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs), though the latter requires proxying.
Once the server is properly configured, it will also work on Cloudflare.
