Restoring DNS Records

We recently lost our DNS records since our domain provider moved the DNS by accident.

I have checked the domain audit log already, there were no recent DNS modifications, this domain dates back to 2014, We tried adding the domain back and it resulted in new zone being created, is there any way to restore the zone back and retrieve the settings
