I have a client who’s Nameservers are at Cloudflare. I need to make a change to their A record. The client doesn’t know their login - they’re not technical and don’t spend time to ask the community etc.
Will someone be able to tell me the email address that their admin account is with so I can pass on the information?
Cloudflare won’t tell you any credentials. You can only try some of the reset options available on the login screen. If that does not work, then you will need to add the domain to a new Cloudflare account.
