What is the issue you’re encountering

Hi, We are trying to recover access to an account using this link > https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password System indicated that a RESET CODE will be sent to email. We do never get the email. So we wrote to support and tell them that in order to verify the issue we can give them Cloudflare team access to our Cpanel. For us it is a big issue because our domain was transfered to Cloudflare and we do need to adjust some DNS Records. Best Regards, Galuh

May I ask if it was via Support portal and you’ve created a ticket? Did you received an answer or auto-reply?

May I also ask if you’re successfully receiving other emails from Cloudflare to those particular e-mail address?

In the meantine, just to be sure please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] and [email protected] to prevent any issue.

Can you make sure you’re using the correct email? I noticed in your interaction with Support on 01251682 they indicated the same.
