When I enable Cloudflare for my website, the reservation calendar doesn’t sync anymore with external calendars like airbnb.com. The problem is 100% related to Cloudflare configuration, as when I disable Cloudflare the calendars sync automatically every 15 minutes. Which Cloudflare configuration could be related to this? I’m on a free plan. Caching? Can I create a specific cache rule to pass by this? However, I use Litespeed Cache pluging and this doesn’t cause any problems. Or does it have to do with some A records? I would check your firewall logs. It could be that Cloudflare WAF is blocking their connections.
It seems that that was it. I disabled the security and now it’s syncing again. However, how do I enable the security feature and get the syncing to work? A firewall rule and allow an IP address? But how do I know which IP address is doing the syncing?
This is something that would be worth asking whoever the external calendars are for their IPs. You can read the firewall logs to figure some out but it won’t help if they request from a different IP.
