Requests are very slow even with a cf-cache-status of HIT

I have custom cache rules set to cache certain api endpoints, which are purged when backend data changes. We have seen issues whereby requests are taking 4000ms+ to return, even with a cf-cache-status value of HIT.

May I know if you turn on Tiered Cache? And does it happen on every device and all-users?

Hi Tiered cache is on, and it happens sporadically to all users. All Requests are affected in batches, then the issue resolves itself.
