Requested two domain transfers, both were rejected. Can I get a refund?

I want to request a refund for two domain transfers I requested but were rejected due to configuration errors on my previous registrar’s end.

You need to make a registrar ticket

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Support” button at the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Contact Cloudflare” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select “Cloudflare Registrar” under What can we help you with?
