[Request] Unify Argo cli Keys with YAML Keys

I would like to request two things.

  1. Improvement to documentation of Cloudflared service, specifically the dns-proxy command.

  2. Unification of the nomenclature used in the command line and the YAML configuration file for key:value configuration. Right now there is a confusing divergence in what the keys are named in the command line and the YAML configuration file.
