We recently purchased the Pro plan for our staging domain (staging-edpl.com) under the [email protected] account. We’d now like to transfer that Pro subscription to our new production domain, elephantdesign.com.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Could you please guide us through the process of:

Transferring the Pro plan from old to new domain
Ensuring that billing and subscription continuity remain uninterrupted

Hi there,

You’ll need to downgrade the domain currently on the Pro plan to Free, and then upgrade the other domain to Pro as plan subscriptions can’t be transferred between domains.
