Request to Review and Unblock Domain from 1.1.1.3 Filtering

Hello Cloudflare community and team,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out to kindly request a review of my domain, thetonictribe.com, which seems to be blocked when using the family-friendly DNS resolver, 1.1.1.3.

About the Website: Our website is dedicated to providing information and products related to CBD. We adhere to all regulations and guidelines, ensuring that our content is both informative and compliant. We believe in promoting safe, natural, and alternative wellness options.

Issue Faced: We’ve received feedback from some of our users that they are unable to access our website when using the 1.1.1.3 DNS service. We understand and respect the need for filtering potentially harmful or adult content, but we believe our website may have been mistakenly categorized.

Request: We kindly ask for a review of our domain to determine if it can be unblocked from the 1.1.1.3 filtering. We’re confident that our content is in line with the intent behind Cloudflare’s family-friendly DNS and would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Additional Information: Should you need any further information or details about our website, products, or content, please feel free to ask. We’re more than willing to cooperate and provide any necessary clarifications.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We value the services Cloudflare provides and hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

The categorisation for your website can be found here, along with a link to request a change…

These categories seem to apply to various CBD sites I’ve checked so I wouldn’t expect a change.

The issue here is that we found that some internet networks blocked the website (because of the CIPA filter I guess). Someone knows if there is at least is a way to get unlocked?

If it’s legitimagely CIPA, which yours is, then Cloudflare isn’t going to change the category. You’d have to get the orgs using the CIPA filter to not block your site.
