Request to have statement of refund

Hi, how to request the statement of refund of the account?
As i have account that subscribed one year pro plan, but overlooked the validation email, and get the account suspended.
Trying to submit the ticket from that account, but the technical support route the ticket to Trust& Safety Team and never get replied from them.

It will like taking forever to reach me out.

If that is the case then as mentioned in the reply it has been forwarded on and cannot be expedited. Just as Support cannot assist with matters deemed to be Trust and Safety related, neither can the Community.
