Request to CLOUDFLARE from website and 1020 response

Hello.
I wanted to know the number of feedly registrations on my blog, so I sent cURL from the website.
Then it got rejected with 1020.
The API for checking the number of readers of feedly seems to be Cloudflare,
I noticed that my IP address was banned.
Is there any way to unlock it?

I looked at help and forums, but I didn’t understand at all, so I asked a question.

Below is a copy of the result.

I got an error when visiting cloud.feedly.com/v3/feeds/feed%2Fhttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.harukas.org%2Fblog%2Ffeed%2F.

Error code: 1020
Ray ID: 78650bb18cf7af6d
Country: US
Data center: nrt07
IP: 160.16.71.73

You’ll need to contact the site owner, we do not have access to their firewall policies or logs.

Please see the suggestions at this link: 1020.

Hello.
thank you for your reply.
I am the owner of 160.16.71.73 and have permission to configure the firewall for this server.
Does that mean I should check with cloud .feedly .com instead of me?

I thought 160.16.71.73 was blocked by Cloudflare.
Am I wrong?

In addition, the firewall of 160.16.71.73 was reset to default earlier, but the phenomenon does not change.

thank you.

Yes. They are the ones with a firewall policy that is blocking you, and we do not have access to their policies or logs.

Thank you very much.
I was able to understand it very well.
