Dear Cloudflare Customer Support Team,

Hello!

I have registered the following two domain names through your platform:

[geeklao.com] (Registration Date: March 4, 2025)
[xx.com] (Registration Date: March 6, 2025)

Due to business adjustments, I have decided to permanently cancel [geeklao.com], while retaining the rights to use [xx.com]. According to your company’s domain refund policy (refunds can be requested without reason within 7 days), the registration time of [geeklao.com] has not exceeded the refund period. Therefore, I hereby request a refund of the registration fee for that domain.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
