Request for Reactivation of the Pro Plan following an Involuntary Switch to the Free Plan

In October, we proceeded to purchase the Pro plan, activating it until the month of December. However, the Free plan is currently active. I would like to understand how I can reactivate the Pro plan, as we have experienced a significant drop in site performance.

I see that, thank you. I did also notice in the audit log the website was moved on 3 December, securitytrails confirms that, and then it was re-added to cloudflare. My colleagues on the Billing Support team will need to assist you.
