In October, we proceeded to purchase the Pro plan, activating it until the month of December. However, the Free plan is currently active. I would like to understand how I can reactivate the Pro plan, as we have experienced a significant drop in site performance.

I see that, thank you. I did also notice in the audit log the website was moved on 3 December, securitytrails confirms that, https://securitytrails.com/domain/webnapoli24.com/history/ns and then it was re-added to cloudflare. My colleagues on the Billing Support team will need to assist you.
