Request for Project Limit Increase - Ticket Unanswered

Dear Cloudflare Support,

I hope this message finds you well. We’ve reached the soft limit for projects on our account while hosting small landing pages. The current limit is restricting our ability to manage content efficiently.

Could you please consider increasing our project limit to better align with our usage? This adjustment would greatly benefit our web infrastructure.

The specific error message I’m encountering is: “You have reached the soft limit for the number of projects on your account. Please contact support to create more projects.”

I have attempted to resolve this through the Support Portal, but the ticket has remained unanswered. Additionally, upgrading to the Business Plan is not applicable in my case as my concern is not tied to a specific website or domain.

Any insights or assistance from the community on how to navigate or escalate this issue would be greatly appreciated.
